5 Ways to Stay Healthy All Summer Long

Summer, even for most adults, means vacations, pool parties, barbecues, and lots of sunshine. It’s a great time to relax—but, many of these plans are also an open invitation for getting sick or hurt, especially if you are traveling or spending lots of time outdoors.

Stay Hydrated
