COVID-19 visits are done via Virtual Visits for patients experience COVID-19 symptoms or on a walk in basis for asymptomatic patients only. We advise symptomatic patients (patients who are sick of have symptoms of upper respiratory infections such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath or have traveled to high risk countries, etc.) to not be seen in our clinic, but rather schedule a virtual visit.

We do accept insurance or a self pay option for COVID-19 tests and visits.

Patients are required to schedule a Virtual Visit first.  We do not see symptomatic patients on a walk-in basis at our centers at this time.

  1. During your virtual visit, our clinician will determine if a test is needed. If, so we will schedule a test during the call. The test (swab) will be conducted in the parking lot of our Silver Spring facility.
  2. When you arrive to our center for the test, please drive near the red tent at the back door and remain in your car. Please keep your face mask on and have your ID ready when you arrive. We are taking every precaution to prevent potentially infected individuals from entering into our offices to help eliminate the spread of COVID-19.
  3. You will be notified of your results. Instructions for receiving test results can be found here.

Asymptomatic Patients

(Patients who need tests for pre-op physicals, travel purposes, schools or summer camps, etc.)

  1. You have two options for COVID-19 testing appointments.
    1. Schedule a virtual visit and test on drive thru basis, following the same process for symptomatic patients outlined above
    2. Walk-in at either of our centers
  2. During your visit, our clinician will administer a PCR and/or rapid antigen test.
  3. You will be notified of your results. Instructions for receiving test results can be found here.
Due to an increase in reported cases of flu and other respiratory illnesses, we are closely following the prevention procedures and preparedness as put forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
A $50 charge will be billed to the patient if the appointment is not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of the virtual visit.  Please call Fast Track Urgent Care at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled virtual visit to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.

Vaccination Update

Covid vaccines are not available at our Clinics at this time. We plan on updating our website once we receive our allocation of the vaccines. This vaccine has no virus particle but is a smart vaccine that teaches your body how to defend against it. The sooner you get it the faster we can all get back to normal. Please continue to wear a mask and socially distance for everyone’s safety.

August 2021 Update

We are no longer offering saliva tests. We are still offering PCR and Antigen tests.
